Very Disappointing Experience — I Will Not Return I will not be returning to this dental office. My experience was extremely disappointing. * The scanning equipment appeared to be either not functioning properly or not properly calibrated. * The dental assistant’s work was not at the level I expected, and my dental questions were not adequately answered. * The milled dental product had several visible defects and imperfections. * I had to return three times for adjustments, yet the office was not willing to remake the product to provide a proper, permanent solution. * After grinding, the dental appliance was apparently not properly cleaned before being placed on the tooth. This left plastic dust/residue that caused choking and discomfort. * There are more than 12 areas with visible rough scratches and imperfections. The money I paid for this work feels completely wasted. Please zoom in on the attached image and look carefully at the imperfections and rough areas. The quality is clearly visible. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the work, the number of visits required for adjustments, and the lack of a satisfactory permanent solution. I would not recommend this dental office based on my experience.
