I've gone to Horton since I was a child (over 20 years) - took a break while I lived out of state, but I'm glad I'm back. My last visit was great! I'd been worrying about it since I've had some gum recession, but I told the hygienist and she was so careful cleaning my teeth, besides being nice and pleasant to talk with, then gave me information and just the right brush/paste/mouthwash to help with the gums afterward! I'm actually looking forward to going back in six months. The lady at the front desk, and Dr. Ben Horton, are always very nice as well.

I went in to have some dental work done. They got my insurance card before hand, once the work was done they informed me they didn't accept my insurance. They never sent a bill or called me, although they had the correct info on file. They sent it straight to collections and that was the first I heard of my bill.

Such a wonderful staff from receptionist, to dental assistant, and all the way to the dentists. They take care of you in a timely manner and are always willing to help in anyway they can. Would highly recommend them.
