We recently did a long distance move to CR and were wanting to establish ourselves locally for dental care. We set up 6 month dental appts with another dentist initially that had been recommended to us by word of mouth, but had a very poor experience. We consulted with our former dental practice, who recommended Horton Family Dental, as Dr Horton had been a classmate in dental school with our previous dentist. What a great, positive experience we had with all of the staff, from the pleasant smile that greeted us with the office personnel, to the hygienist, and ultimately Dr Horton. It was the difference of day and night from our first experience that went awry. They were all so professional, personable, and caring. We felt like we were in the care of the established dental office that we had moved away from. We would gladly give more than 5 stars for a rating, if that option was available. We definitely would recommend Horton Family Dental to anyone looking for personal and professional dental care.

Dr Ben was very thorough with my treatment. He explained everything in detail. I had a large molar break off with amalgam exposed. Needed appt asap. Dr. Ben was very informative which helped calm my nerves down! He used the necessary safety precautions when removing my amalgam. The staff at both locations are great.
