Horton Family Dental
Patient Review
Both Dr. Hortons and their hygienists are wonderful with children and adults with disabilities! Our daughter with Down syndrome was a patient at Horton Dental for over 25 years and was always anxious to go "see Dr. Horton".

Dr Horton has taken care of my mouth and my teeth for way more than 40 years. I highly recommend his services as he is the reason I am healthy today.

Patient Review
I have taken my entire family to Dr. Horton for over 35 years and every time I show up in his chair it is like old home week. He makes me feel like one of the family. He is a true Professional in all senses of the word. He and his staff and new boss Dr. Ben are the best you could ever have. Look no further.

Patient Review
Dr. Doug Horton has been a family friend for years. He is deeply involved in helping the under insured and homeless with care in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City corridor for years. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Top notch dental services and technicians with a practice that contributes to the area is a huge thing to my family.

Patient Review
I've been coming to Horton Family Dental for at least twenty years and frankly chose them because I knew Dr. Horton was on the ARC Board and was the family dentist for a child with a difficult disability. I thought "that's my kind of guy!" And I have never regretted it. Horton Family Dental really lives up to its name as a "family" dental practice...they feel like family. They are also very professional and up-to-date on the newest techniques and will help you plan how to meet your long-term dental needs and pay for them. Most surprisingly, I was hit with an extreme tooth pain at about 4:30 one afternoon at a workshop I was attending. I called in desperation to Dr. Horton, he told me to come straight away, and he worked on me until 6:00. That's family. I am also very pleased that "young Dr. Horton" has joined the practice, so there will always be continuity with the Horton values and skills.
