I came to Horton Family Dental from another local Dentist in town. I had an extremely pleasant experience! Knowledgeable, communicative, and quick-but detailed! I had to ask for a reschedule once due to being out of town on an emergency but to be kept on a cancellation list- I was able to get in within a few weeks after my cancellation. Text messages were sent directly from a staff member (not an AI platform) for appt reminders and for staff preference. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone! Our family has transitioned to this dentist based on our experiences!
